OZA Inn will take appropriate measures to protect personal information collected against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, and keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, consistent with applicable law. We also seek to require our affiliates and service providers to exercise reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of personal information about you. For online transactions, we use technology to protect the personal information that you transmit to us via our site. Unfortunately, however, no security system or system of transmitting data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. For your own privacy protection, we encourage you not to include sensitive personal information in any emails you may send to us. Please do not send credit card numbers or any sensitive personal information to us via email.

• Retaining Personal Information

OZA Inn retain personal information about you for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. OZA Inn web site may contain links to third parties' websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the collection, use, maintenance, sharing, or disclosure of data and information by such third parties. If you provide information on third party sites, the privacy policy and terms of service on those sites are applicable. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of websites that you visit before submitting personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21 years of age. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not to allow your children to submit personal information without your permission.

• Refund and security deposit

The security deposit of $150.00 will be held until departure of the guest(s) to safeguard against damages to the room(s) or breach of the OZA Inn policy NO PETS and NO SMOKING in the room(s). Guest(s) deposit will be fully refunded after inspection of the room(s). In the event that there is damage to any room(s) the repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. The occupant(s) agree to reimburse the OZA Inn motel for the full cost of the damages. Be aware that the full cost of any damage may include full replacement of damage item(s). In that event of an eviction, the OZA Inn motel reserves the right to refuse the refund of the security deposit.

• Cancellation

Short term stay cancellation policy (Daily reservations up to six days) 48 hours prior to your arrival date no later then 11:00 a.m. incur no fees. Daily charge will apply if cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Long term stay cancellation policy (Weekly reservations or more) 14 days prior to your arrival date incur no fees. Charge of 25% of the total amount of your reservation will apply if cancellation made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.  If long term reservation is made less then 14 days prior your arrival 48 hours cancalation notice required. Please call OZA Inn regarding 'Return' and 'Cancellation' policy at 877-247-1880 or send e-mail at: info@ozainn.com Policy is subject to change from time to time. OZA Inn is a Smoke Free and Pet Free entity.

• Changes to Oza Inn policy

Oza Inn may modify this policy from time to time. When we make material changes to this policy we will post the revised policy on the homepage of our site. You can tell when this policy was last updated by looking at the date at the top of the Policy. Any changes to our Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Policy on the site. Use of the site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy then in effect.
